Servicing Spanish Speaking Customers

Roll Technology Corporation is both pleased and proud to have established Grupo Zoica of Mexico City as our exclusive Manufacturers Representative in Mexico.

We know that clear communications is prerequisite to both: good customer service and long-term customer/supplier relationships. Regrettably, we do not have qualified, technically knowledgeable Spanish language capabilities at our offices in Greenville, SC.

In order to properly service our Spanish speaking customers we have established a Spanish Language Web Site and expanded our agreement with Grupo Zoica, authorizing them to support Roll Technology in servicing Spanish speaking customers on a world wide basis.
