Electrically Heated Roll Refinishing & Tokuden Electrically Heated Rolls

Roll Technology is approved to refinish chromium plated TOKUDEN rolls and maintains a close working relationship with the Tokuden, Inc. facility in Norcross, Georgia, to offer a state-of-the-art, induction heated jacket roll. Our service on Tokuden rolls includes disassembly for plating, reassembly after plating, finishing, and check-out with controlled initial temperature transients to heat-treat the newly deposited chromium. All work is done in accordance with Tokuden specifications and directions.
