CORRUGATING INDUSTRY SERVICES
Rolls commonly repaired and refinished for the corrugating industry include corrugating rolls, pressure rolls, glue rolls, metering rolls, fountain rolls, magnetic plate cylinders and slotted/scorer shafts.

Roll Technology is the authorized provider of hard chromium plating services to Mitsubishi Corrugating Machinery Company, a division of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. Roll Technology reproduces the original Japanese corrugating roll plating techniques in depositing up to .006" thick hard chromium plating with a completely uniform deposit.

Roll Technology works in close cooperation with the engineering staff MCMC to ensure that the finish profiles of MHI corrugating rolls meet original Mitsubishi standards. All corrugating roll grinding is performed at Mitsubishi's facility in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
