Uniform, repeatable surface finishes are among the essential requirements of our customers. Matte and satin textured chromium finishes must be within specified tolerances in order to produce consistent products.

Roll Technology assures this ability to reproduce your specific surface from one year to the next through careful quality control, documentation of process, and state-of-the-art measuring equipment.

GLOSS - It is sometimes important for a customer to maintain a given amount of gloss or lack of gloss on their product. The nature of the textured finish on a Matte roll will have an effect on the product's gloss.

Once an established procedure and specification for finishing the roll can be established and proved to produce the required results on the product, it is possible to estab- lish a procedure for making samples from the surface of future rolls and comparing them against the established standard in order to assure that the roll will produce the same results when placed into production.
