PRECISION ROLL GRINDING
At Roll Technology, precision grinding means millionths-of-an-inch tolerances. To meet our customer's exacting specifications, we cylindrically grind rolls to within the world's most critical specifications in TIR and taper. That's why we can ensure you the best coating thickness control in the world.

In calendering operations for extruded plastics and similar operations, our precision roll grinding capabilities lead to optimum uniformity of material gauge. Roll Technology works to the industry's highest level of accuracy and control.

We provide state of the art refinishing of Reverse Roll Coating Rolls.

When specific diameter sizes and concentricity requirements are critical, the precision cylindrical roll grinding operations are the most critical steps in the processing of industrial rolls.

Roll Technology has the capacity to precision grind rolls up to 48" in diameter with lengths exceeding 216" OAL.

HIGH PRECISION ROLLS FINISHED IN BEARINGS
Because we can perform the finish grinding in your precision bearings. Your precision coating, metering and applicator rolls can go from the shipping box into your line, ready to produce at optimum precision.

PRECISION CROWNED ROLLS
We offer a full range of precision crowning options (parabolic, radial, straight-tapered, custom, etc. ..),either concave or convex, using both conventional and computer controlled CNC crowning equipment.

ANVIL ROLLS
(HARDENED 52100 AND D2 TOOL STEEL)
Roll Technology can provide new or refinish damaged high hardened steel rolls through precision grinding for clean-up. If required new rolls can be provided.
