SULFAMATE NICKEL PLATING
Corrosion kills manufacturing equipment. To protect your industrial rolls, we apply a substrate of low stress sulfamate nickel as a corrosion barrier. The result: efficient, effective, long lasting preservation of your capital investment. Sulfamate nickel can also be used as a base layer under chromium to build up the diameter of used rolls in order to extend their useful life.

Sulfamate nickel is typically plated on a base of carbon steel. We sulfamate nickel plate rolls and drums to the following sizes:

up to 30" diameter x 200" overall length

up to 48" diameter x 65" overall length

weight capacity up to 6,000 lbs
